This policy explains what information Raybon Destiny Agency Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") handles when you use this website, and why.
Contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message. This is delivered to our email inbox through our email provider (Resend) so we can reply to you. We do not use it for marketing without your permission.
Shipment tracking
The tracking number you enter is not stored by us. While our live tracking is under maintenance, we link to Ship24, an independent tracking service that opens in a new tab and has its own privacy policy. When live tracking is available, the courier and tracking number are sent from our server to our tracking provider (TrackCourier.io) to fetch the status; results are not saved in your browser's offline cache.
Your location
On the Locate Us page you can choose "Use My Location" to see how far you are from our office. Your browser asks for permission first. Your location is used only inside your browser to place a marker on the map — it is never sent to or stored by us. If you open directions, you are taken to Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
Maps
Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap. Your browser requests these tiles directly, which means OpenStreetMap receives standard request information such as your IP address.
Cookies and local storage
- Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage.
- Staff who sign in to the rate calculator receive a secure, HTTP-only session cookie.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Links to other websites
Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Ship24 open those services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
